  Terrible service characterized by horrible management. Very poor customer service.
  Totally unapologetic to putting my team and I in blackout for an event we had paid for.
  All the manager could say was 'calm down what can I do'. Lacked any empathy
  Toilet and other facilities in a state of disrepair and yet they want to stay in business. Avoid this place if you don't want to be embarrassed

  Nice and quite hotel. Constant power with their stand by generator. Also safe. Staff are courteous and ready to help.
