Inefficient. First off, an appointment date was scheduled for 10am and as at 11am they had not even opened for the day; only the security men were present.
No waiting area, had to stay under the scorching sun sitting under trees or on the barricades put up for security reasons.
In addition to all these, the requirements in the site was followed through as stated however, at the gate of the Indian High commission , after a whooping one hour and 45 minutes under the scorching heat of the sun with no chair we were told that we had to print out the body of the email with the attachment to show that the email was actually sent by who we "claimed sent it as the attachment could be forged (a clause not stated on the site.
The sad part is that they didn't even give any candid explanation as their personnel wasn't anywhere in view. They rather sent the security men at the gate to pass the message across.
Highly disappointed in the level of disregard shown by the Commission.
