Though in a strategic location in Area 11, the hotel is in urgent need of a make over. The place is falling apart.

My stay was awesome, their facilities was functioning properly. I enjoyed myself and I had no issue with the hotel. Everything was fine.

The Hotel bar is not stocked very welltwo or three types of liquor. The Hotel restaurant does not have what they advertise on the menu. You have to order from what they have available, which is not much. Hotel staff is courteous and helpful when they want to be. I would suggest looking elsewhere for an enjoyable stay.
New review. As I had issues with the hotel, I contacted the general manager through email. His reply was that all issues would be resolved the same day.
When I returned to the hotel I found the bar fully stocked, the restaurant had any food listed on their menu. The staff did the best with what they had. Now they are thanking me for improving the conditions in the hotel. 4 years later the hotel and staff still is doing great and they communicate with me to this day. I would suggest that anyone looking for personalized service and care stay here.response / report this review
