Cool Breeze, Serene Environment, and good Procedures to follow just like a standard Library. They have good books and Welcoming Officials
The Building is Dilapidated, There is No Light, they claim to have issues with it.
There isn't any internet even to access E - Libraries, and lastly their closing time is a bit early to me.
You pay #1500 For registration

It's a cool place, the only challenge I had was that they didn't have light hence making it difficult to charge my laptop.They said their light had issues.The officials are warming and okay. The building is dilapidated though, needs renovation.

Quite and a good place to read. But you have to pay a token to register as a user first.
