GT bank is located along Presidential Boleuvard road kuto, it is not too far from kuto round about. Operates like every other bank from 8am to 4pm daily with the exception of public holidays. Customer service delivery here is fair enough, however expect crowd on most occasion because of the huge customer base. The bank has five functional ATM dispensing machines and a deposit machine. Deposit machines accepts good 1,000NGN notes. So you can beat crowd always by conveniently using the deposit machine. Its separated from other dispensing machine with a glass. The bank is not accessible to physically challenged individuals due to steps in the entrance. So with wheel chair one cannot access the bank. It is also pertinent to point out that the bank has a huge and convenient parking space making it very easy for customers who are mobile and there is always a security personnel to help direct you where and how to park

The first thing you experience here is a very convenient parking system. You get to easily park and exit without stress.
The security staff are really nice and very observant.
The bank has two entry and exit also manned by security guards.

The bank has its own way of positioning its location. This one is just at the intersection or like a crossroad coming from Òkè Ilewo going to Kuto or left to Igbein. It's a very big branch and has a wide parking space having two entries or exits whichever way you have to take and the branch security and staffs are quite courteous.

The bank is one of the main branches in Abeokuta, so it's usually crowded but they do a good job managing the crowd most times. You shouldn't get tired or lost in there. The bank is beautifully designed and well air conditioned, and it evokes a wow feeling whenever you walk in cus of how much art is everywhere. That is if the crowd didn't put you off at first.

Pros
* Lots of financial Services
* Lots of payment and withdrawal points (but still a crowd!!!)
* E-banking service available
* 4 AT Machines

Cons:
* Outdoor parking is mostly limited.
* There is only one toilet on the inside
* Considering how much crowd usually fills here, you'd expect lots of chairs or sitting areas but you'll be left to stand for a while on the queue. Not fair to old folks.

If it doesn't bother you not to have a TV in the bank and an exchange rate board, then you'll have no problem walking in, doing what you want and leaving.

To me,it's the best bank in ABK. They hardly delay,have multiple ATMs including cash depositing one. The security is tight,the only but is the parking lot.
