Grand hotel Asaba brings nature very close to you. The environment is so serene with good natural fragrance. A close view of the river niger. A snipe shot of part of Anambra State. A good spot for a cool weekend getaway with family and friends.

This is a five star hotel. It boasts of virtually everything you can find in a five star hotel in the US. It provides state-of-the-art facilities to its guests at a very affordable price. It has several halls for events, a restaurant that serves both local and intercontinental cuisines, a night club, a natural pool etc. Grand Hotel is an ideal place to stay for families, tourists etc.

Spacious environment to jog around. Very safe. Cozy rooms. I watched a live band at the bar near the tennis courts.

A famous hotel and resort in Asaba. It used to be a popular destination for young people and schools in the Southeast Nigeria. With proximity to the River Nigeria, the facility provides good view and fun for visitors. The rooms are good and moderate prices. The environment requires further improvement.

Very good food, nice lodgings but some features need renovation.
Surprisingly, there is poor service reception at the restaurant.
The grounds are spacious enough for a good stroll and the views are unbeatable.
There are themed performances by live bands every night.
Very good sport and recreational facilities.
    Beach access is on point.

This is not my first time visiting Grand hotel Delta restaurant, but today's experience was a bad one, the bread was stale, the rice was almost sour and the chicken was poorly made. Infact the whole food is not fresh. I used to brag about this place, i used to bring people here to impress them. Now the restaurant is dying a slow death, 5k for sour food. I'll change my rating and review when they improve.

Originally built and ran as a five star hotel but mismanagement and infrastructural neglect has taken its toll on it

A great resort. The ONLY way this edifice can be profitable is to welcome LOTS OF FOREIGN TOURISTS and not just business people or traders spending the night in Asaba. To get foreign exposure which it was obviously built to host, ASABA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT MUST RECEIVE INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS.

Some hotel facilities are getting older and maintenance seem to be a big challenge for hotel management. Perhaps because income has become a challenge. I wish the owner finds other ways to make money instead of simply waiting for people to come and spend one or two nights in their rooms or host a wedding reception.

Since they have good landmass, Innovation such as building a fantastic water-park similar to the picture incorporated into their swimming pools will attract fun-seekers and tourists to the place. Their river Niger boat ride is so poorly advertised that i only knew about it from one of the maids. They could also make a little white sand area for beach volleyball or children playground. They must consider other outdoor activities & ways of staying in business by attracting people to come and seek fun at the location or to bring children for weekend fun at the place. Rather than simply competing with the numerous hotels in Asaba for few businessmen looking to spend one or two nights in their rooms.

Grand hotel is one of the best hotels with good equipment. It's located in heart of delta state. In Asaba the capital of delta state. They you get all you need. It's was built inside river Niger.

The only positive thing is the chef in the restaurant. Otherwise, standards are extremely low. Rooms are stuffy, cockroaches everywhere - even in the beds! No No No.

This is one hotel with prestige. The trail blazer in hospitality in Asaba before the advent of other competitors. It has land mass and very good space. Halls to host larger events and standard swimming pool by the river side. I think it remains the Asaba five star hotel for now.
