Wonderful customer service. Located in Utako residential area and close to the best (in my opinion) suya spots in this part of the town

Services relatively fair, but the plumbing system in my room was bad and they had to bring hot water from somewhere else for me.

I am currently at the golden Astoria and there is no electricity or even power back up and fridge is basically falling apart and not even working. Horrible experience! Could do with the power and air conditioner working and all else being horrible but in this case, I would not recommend anyone coming here. The Matthias guest house would serve way better than this.
