Relatively clean hotel. Service is satisfactory and yes the food has very salty taste but the fish is great.

Budget hotel. Food service is terrible except for indigenous Nigerian dishes and food takes forever to be ready (in our case an order for boiled rice took close to 1.5 hours to be ready). 2nd and 3rd floor rooms are OK but the 1st floor rooms are below par

The restaurants customer service wasn't the best. But generally it was a very good budget hotel. They have very good cat fish barbeque, with fresh cat fish from their pond.

Gold Value hotel of the past used to be a very good place to lodge at Enugu. It is affordable and pocket friend. Recently I have notice the usual lack of good maintenance culture that characterised our hotels. The sheets and towels have seen better days. This hotel need to be overhauled to return it bck to the good old days. The bathrooms need upgrade. Cleaning of the rooms should be priority. Am not impressed and hope the management will do something. Allocate part of the money to maintaining this facility.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I was initial placed in the wrong I had to tell them this cannot be the room they now check and change it. WiFi not useful. Service poor. Responsiveness slow. Food fair. Customer Service Zero.

Good standard hotel, well located and highly accessible, got nice bar and restaurant, but the last time i checked in, i notice a design flaw inside the structure which caused water licks.
