  I think this is the best transport service that can actually give you value for your money. Thou their services are great, but some times the drivers can are not as great as they used to be.

  Good road transport company with a big fleet. There's also online bookings and payment plus they have a big logistics business. Destinations are mostly in southern Nigeria but good, safe services for the most part. Safe journey as you try them out.

  When they started business some years ago, God Is Good was wonderful. But in the last 6-months, their internal travel infortainment in 90% of her vehicle are dysfunctional coupled with GiG very high charges, both for travel and parcels. Honestly, I think commuters should seek for alternative transport/ travel providers. GiG middle management staff, particularly, the females are professionally rude too. Furthermore, a situation where females carry travellers or commuters luggage's is unafrican and females disrespectful.

  They have a standard waiting lounge with covered bus terminal and good parking area. Costumers service isn't top notch but it's better than most you'll find in Benin. They can be rated as the best transport terminal in the state. I didn't notice any handicap ramp or parking but they have an easy flow of function

  God is good is by far one of the best road transport service in Nigeria. This review is coming after years of traveling with them. Safety and comfort is guaranteed. The GIGM app is simply amazing and is way better than what you get from Nigerian airlines.
  The response from the customer service desk is Swift and the Uselu terminal staff are nice.
  However there's always room for improvement; the Iyana-ipaja Terminal falls short of expectations and I've had three (3) not-so-cool experience traveling through that terminal that I feel like avoiding it if I have a choice.

  This is about the best bus line you can get for the Benin-Lagos and Benin-Abuja routes. However, their quality of service is a far cry from what they used to offer a few years ago.
  It is best if you book online ahead of time at their website. Also, you'd better come REALLY EARLY in the morning to get a bus on time as they are insanely popular and all their buses get filled really quickly. You miss that early morning window, and you'll end up waiting hours for a bus returning from one of their destinations.
  Good points: their buses are generally well maintained and driven at safe speeds thanks to speed limiters. Working air conditioning.
  Bad: The in-trip video entertainment gets in the way of a peaceful trip, though YMMV on that one. The price is rather high too.

  Made an order a thousand years ago from a beauty home in lagos,,,dunno if my goods were sent or not, GIG Logistics send a reference code till today didn't hear from both the sender and God is good..it's in God's hand.

  I suspect this is the best amongst the available road transport options, but they get a 1 star for poor customer service. They could put you an a bus with no scheduled depature time, keep u waiting while they try to fill up the bus, and will not give you this information when you book for your ticket nor appologise. I ended up waiting 2hours at the terminal. Wether or not you're a first time user you should probably ask as many questions as possible if ure on a schedule.
