I really liked the bus terminal. The driver was cautious and the vehicle was comfortable. Only snag was that, though I chose the pickup option and indicated a pickup location while booking with the GIGM App, somehow the pickup did not register in the system.

One of the things that spoil a good business is SERVICE! GIGM is a great business with greater projections but its staff or service delivery is a big issue. Maybe they should reiterate their vision and mission to staff every morning. My experience in the Lagos/Cele terminal nearly brought me to tears then a similar experience in Owerri. They are bringing in new buses, they should take out the old buses as well the one I entered from Owerri to Lagos is NOT FIT for the road.

Very good coordination. Really enjoyed the new bus with charging port for all passengers. You get to watch movies all through the journey, will advise you go with your flash drive if you are entering the newly acquired bus because there's a video player for every passenger at the back of each seats and you can listen to your own music. You will enjoy your journey at if you at are flying with emirates airline

Very courteous and professional drivers. I boarded the Mercedes priority bus and enjoyed my ride especially because of the leg room. One beautiful service about this company that excites me is the fact that I can book online for my trip. The fare is also moderate. They’re indubitably the best bus transport service in Nigeria at the moment.

They were Really poor at managing crowd during the January rush. The were overwhelmed by the number of aspiring passengers, and the numbers of buses were inadequate to charter for the demands. Sadly, their staff kept jumping the long queue to acquire tickets for other passengers who had tipped them. Despite that and a hour delay after securing a ticket, the journey was smooth.

God is good motor is good,they have fairly good services .they behave and conduct the bus transport close to airline operation.they have many customers.because of too much customers some of their staff ,the ladies in particular are have started behaving rudly to the customer.the first class PR they started with is eroding because of pride.well they are still standing tall
