The services were very poor in the Genesis Hotel and Suites in Ibadan. No porter on duty to help with luggage to the second floor. Lights in the room too dim to read. There was no remote controller in the room 303 we slept. My wife and I. The bed spread was stained. Indeed our first night there was a nightmare. Unfortunately we booked for two nights. It took the intervention of the GM at about midnight before we were reluctantly helped with our luggage to the topmost floor. Never will I patronize again

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Mouldy walls, stained bed sheets, dirty and faulty bathrooms, old and dirty mini fridge. The rooms are horrible and we could not sleep. The doors do not shut well so you can hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. The staff are okay but the hotel is disgusting and run down. I would not recommend.
