Among the cinemas I have visited, Genesis cinemas appear to have the best screens so far in Nigeria. I like the upgrades done in the Palms. I enjoyed my time there.

Pocket-friendly offers available. Now my most preferred cinema as the screens are all bright and clear. I’m a Marvel fan and this cinema is my preferred because Marvel movies premier here about 2 days before it does worldwide. This for me is vital. With N3,000 you’d watch premiere shows in 3D ; a good deal if you ask me. They need to work on crowd control at entrance to a show. Other than that they are pretty ok with great customer service practices

Genesis Deluxe Cinema is one of the biggest and well known cinema in Nigeria. The environment is cozy and classy located in The Palms shopping Mall. They also sell yummy popcorn. Though their staff should improve on how they relate with customers.

Genesis deluxe cinema one of the biggest cinema company in Nigeria is located in the heart of Lagos in a mall in Victoria island(VI)called the palms mall it a luxurious cinema with 5 regular screen and 1 VIP screen making it 6 screen in total the biggest screen takes up to 202 and all together the capacity of the the cinema is 910, it also have a lounge where you could site relax and wait for your movie,the screen are made with the latest conducive chair,there is also provision for the less privilege to watch movie in any of the screen,and it will chair assessable.mainly cinema food are served here like pop corn,hot dog,shawama .and also smooth and milk shake are also sold, in terms of soft drink only coca cola product are sold here.
NB food purchased outside the cinema are not allowed to be taken inside the screen as well as non cinema food. opening hours for the cinema are by 9am.response / report this review -

Cozy and attractive with a spacious lobby. Lack of enough seating for those waiting to see their movie before the show time. The movie tickets also seem to be on the high side compared to other cinemas I've been to. I could be wrong though.

Genesis have good prices and interesting variants. For example on Thursdays you get a small pop corn and a drink. The staffs are friendly they could convince you to buy what you didn't intend to.

Looking for new movies with good pricing? This is the best place in Lekki to see any movie compared to Filmhouse cinema, which is more expensive. Only downside is no 3D.

Went to see a movie at the Cinema on the 24th of March, 2017 with a friend. Movie started showing few minutes later Lights went out. Everyone kept calm at first until it came back. After few more minutes, it was slight out again and again and againEveryone kept moving around trying to use their phone lights to see if anyone would come rectify the situation. But all Operatives ran away "LOL" Some said "Na wah ohhhthis our naija". While some of the chinese guys there started speaking their language and asking for a refund. It wasnt funny. But at the end of the day some people left but those who were patient enough like myself waited till the lights came back then saw the movie till the end. Its a very Sad experience cause i went with a friend who hasnt visited Lagos in a long while.

Experience in the movie theater was finethe only issue I have is with their customer service. When you need information, you will be at their mercy as three of the phone numbers put up on their site is not functional as at 15 Aug 2016, one of them rings continuously without answer. Due to this, i give them 3 star. Nonetheless, movie experience is good.
