They have improved on their services, attending to customers promptly unlike before when you could be kept waiting for long without anyone to attend to you. Nevertheless, we still have a few of the staff members whose attitude are still cold to customers. They must be checked by their supervisors or shown the way out of the service.

It is one of the main headquarters of the nigerian post office. The building is sizable with many offices. You can have most postal problems sorted out here.

It is an active organisation. You can effectively send or receive parcel through the Nipost. The workers are generally pleasant and approachable. You cannot hurry in and it though because they are often always busy.

I am very diserpointed that a package sent for helping people in need of the most importend things here in live as clothings ,and so on, is helt back and refuged to hand over to the receiver unless his paying 4.500 NGN. The package is sent recomanded and payed to be delivered on the doorsteps. Do u know why other people from outside Nigeria is hellping people like the receiver here? Because they cant afford thise items for There Kids alone how can they , as in this case here then afford to Pay the extra fee themself just for reciving a helping hand. ?
He will go back to morrow in hope to recieve the package. Or we have to return the package to the sender. Is that fair by experience I know only a few are paying and u know Who that is the one in a hopeless situation not being able to recieve the hellp because somebody wants extra fee. The rich and well paid workers . They dont Pay. Hope this will hellp him to recieve what belong to him.

It is a general post office, in deed.
Big building. Inefficiently utilised, just like every other government facility.

To send mail and parcel in Ibadan, it is the place to go. And it is a regional hub.

It is situated close to cocoa house, opposite railway corporation office, surrounded by regional bank offices.

Like most government-run institutions, it's not the most efficient of its kind. However, staff were friendly and willing to assist. Service could be quicker, but at least packages arrived on time.
