A well organized market with complete more modern facilities than what you get in other markets in the vicinity. Fire Service Department, functional Clinic aside from Pharmaceutical Stores, Banks and good security and access networks. I suggest Avery qualified Facilities Management Company like mine be engaged to maintain and manage the good Facilities in the market. The public toilet facilities are not well maintained. Parts of the road network is giving way, more potholes visible. Drainage is good but not properly covered. Electricity from the public main is commendable.

This market is well planned. It has been laid out in such a way that vendors selling a particular product are in one building, so you can survey and get what you want without roaming through the entire market. They have enough parking spaces and there access to Conveniences and banks and ATMs within the premises.

I run a clothing fashion, design and customization business here. An organized modern market place with clean tarred roads, multiple parking spaces, wheelbarrow; wheelchair accessible entrance in some of the blocks, a police station, fire service department, two banks (First Bank and Zenith Bank), eateries & restaurants and privately run clinic. There are different types of shops available for either rent or for purchase Duplex shops which has a top and ground floor in suite and spacious, Luxury shop either at the top or bottom floors and spacious too, lockup shops available in form of blocks(multiple shops in a block) and then the open market. There are standby generators all over to serve the market in cases of power failure. Power supply on a scale of 1-10 has an 8.There is always power supply.
Prices are high here compared with other market place depending on what products and services being paid for.
The market is mainly a tailoring hub but other businesses also work here depending on your customer service, marketing reach and the service you provide. Good proximity to other popular businesses.

You can buy quality stuffs in Garki International market, i call it the BRICK HOUSE MARKET.

You can find anything from household to outdoor items, foodstuffs are not exempted as you can get them .

    It's easily accessible.

If you run out of cash, don't worry, you have @Zenith and first bank ATM Machine to your rescue

A little bit expensive compared to other markets however it's within good range. There are separate days for specific perishable items like snail and fruits. You find a lot of tailors and fabrics to buy, it also has good parking lot.

One of the big 4 markets in Abuja. It is very organised right from the entrance where you are given a parking ticket and you are expected to pay as you leave. Cost is affordable and the metering system incorporates a security system against car theft. It is covered by CCTV. The stalls are arranged neatly. Most shopping needs are available at affordable prices for the common man.

Quite organised, ample parking space, spacious and well planned shops, and reasonably priced goods.
But remember to have your N100 for payment at the gate if you are driving.
