  Good experience. Attended to right on time. This used to be the head quarters of the bank until a few years ago. Had an encounter of excellence in customer service here displayed directly by the then MD. Systems were down and floor was filled. He came down and helped with clearing cheques instantly for payments. Impressive stuff. I hope they continue with customer service excellence. It is why I still bank with them.
