  Their service is next to none but they have only one major branch in Uyo and a minor in Ikot Abasi = 2 branches in Akwa Ibom State

  I ordered items from Amazon and gtb illegally deducted 18000 naira from my account. All my efforts to resolve the issue proved abortive.

  Did a bank transaction here, the service was sloppy and annoying. Maybe it was just me but the experience sticks. There are ATM points available all day. Poor wheelchair accessibility. Parking is quite a headache because the area assigned for it is not enough. With a help desk at the entrance, you won't be lost
