Spent 4 days at the hotel and I have nothing good to say about their service. Staff attitude was very poor-from the laundry misplacing clothes given to them for ironing and then denying ever receiving them. They eventually returned the clothes after 2 days. There was a 'service charge' for practically everything. The amenities were basic at best. Definitely not going back if given a choice.

Well situated and Nice hotel with cordial staff. Environment is neat, staff are cordial and breakfast (complimentary) is good. Rooms need to be aired more to avoid stuffiness i initially experienced. There a sitout at the back of the hotel.

It's a very spacious hotel with lots of parking lot and a choice location for a weekend getaway, located in a serene environment with a dining area and a lobby with newspapers and TV to keep guests engaged. It also has a swimming pool with local delicacies served for your refreshment. It's a nice place to be.

Pretty decent place. Complimentary breakfast, WiFi and ample parking.

We are all human so there is the occasional slip in service delivery but a really nice place.

This is a decent hotel to stay in when you are in Akure. It is a new hotel and one of the top rated hotels in the capital. The grilled fish by the pool bar is also of the best i have had (and I have had a lot). I'd give it a 4 rating (not a 4 star hotel) but also bear in mind that you are in Akure

One of the things that contribute to a Grand Capital Hotel experience is the choice of accommodation. And it makes sense because the bed and breakfast. It is a place where you take a rest after a tedious yet fun day under the sun. More importantly, it's where everyone meets and exchanges stories of their adventures outdoors, incredible views, privacy like no other, centre of all things, comfort and luxury in one and to cap it allamazing staff Lovely place where little things make the difference!!!
