Check-out is quite fast, due to a lot of cash registers being open. Customer service is pretty good, and you can request help from any of the workers. Returns and refunds are also processed pretty quickly by the customer service desk

Game store!!! You guys can do better. Items are so difficult locate. You get one foot of shoe here and you get the other at another section! It's so exhausting looking for items in Games store I always need a guide. Simply put similar items together or not so far from each other. Make life simple for us Please! Shopping shouldn't be this stressful. I'll upgrade my stars when I see a change.

It’s such a terrible shopping experience at this store. The aircondioners have not functioned for over 2 months i’ve been coming to shop here.The store feels like a furnace with shoppers gasping for breath and everywhere oozing of bad breath. It’s so pathetic to see their staff and cashiers dehumanized in such a terrible working condition in the country of their birth by a foreign company. No form of ventilation or windows to compensate for the faulty ACs and each time I asked for an explanation they say: “we are working on it” with such a hopeless demeanour.

One expects the management to put up a sign to advise incoming shoppers on the current condition in the store or do a temporal shutdown and get the ACs either fixed or replaced rather than wait until a shopper collapses on the floor of the store!!! You obviously won’t get the same treatment in South Africa for as many months as the ACs in this store have been down!!!

Today, I was at the store with in-store temperature nearly 100 degrees Fahrenheit and so unbearable that I asked for the store manager and everyone declined to take responsibility for this inhumane condition. A staff mentioned that the ACs are irreparable! So, are the ACs also irreplaceable???

If nothing is done this week then they will be called out on social media for the world to be aware of this modern day slavery. We are not robots, we are humans!

This is the second time a particular checkout person will insisting that I must bring out my purchases from the small basket on to the table before she machines them for payment. Of course i insisted she only needed to tip the basket towards her & pick the merchandise even as a mark of rrspect for my age. I did not like the manner of attendance of this particular person.

Thumbs up for Benita (customer Service I think), I never knew someone would take customer service to a different level, she noticed how confused I was picking out the right toys for my kids, she, even though she was pregnant, guided me through the whole process!! She is nice and smiled often. I hope to come back here often. Every Game store needs a BENITA. She doesn't know I would leave this review 5 stars for game stores Enugu.
