  Hotel is situated in a Good environment but its quiet sad when hotel staff try to take advantage of guests that comes in groups. We were in town for a long weekend and hotel rooms that were going for 8k plus was hiked to 15k this was a turn off for us and we all moved to E- Phoenix Hotel

  Fresh Hotels is located in the city centre on a major thoroughfare, quite some distance from the Airport. Services are just adequate for a relatively small town hotel. Rooms are large and reasonably furnished. Room rates are moderate.

  Nice place, warmly receptive staff, large rooms, and the most important, that nice complimentary breakfast Hmmmm so loves it. And not to forget, the huge body guards at the swimming pool.. They make me twitch

  It was an okay experiencethe rooms were basic, everything was working. The staff are very professional. The best thing about the hotel is the surrounding add-on, D' Palms for shopping, seeing a movie or simply relax with nice cafes.

  Its a nice place to lodge. Clean rooms & the price is ok. Swimming pool is ok. Its so close to shoprite if you are looking for where to relax or to do shopping.

  This is a nice hotel to stay in Ilorin, Kwara State. It's reasonably priced and clean.
  
  It proximity to Shoprite, the Palms Mall, is an added advantage for easy shopping and entertainment.
  
  It's easy to reach the city center from here as taxis are easily obtainable from the hotel.
