  Best gym I've done to so far. Lost so much weight and gained definition on my body. Mrs. Jane and the instructors are doing a great job.

  This is a very clAssy gym, located in a very cool area close to the magodo back gate, however disadvantaged cause non residents cant go through back gate when coming from Alausa axis which would have been really quick. However this gym got it all, from gym equipment, indoor and outdoor space, nice gym instructors, aerobic classes, martial arts etc. im yet to try out their spar though but they have really cool salon for guys.
  They got smoothies and drinks for sale during and after workout and to my amazement their prices are straight out of shop prices no extra charges.
  
  Alot of parking space, good ambience, the only missing thing here is a swimming pool, with that i would have given a 6 out of 5. Their workout prices are really descent and you get to meet a couple of cool people and luckily sometimes your favorite artists.

  The gym/workout area and facilities are decent but the Spa experience is appalling.. Every time I've been to the spa for various services, I always come away disappointed and mostly annoyed because the spa employees don't seem to have a clue what they are doing There is serious room for improvement in that area
