It is located within Ijako Estate in Akure. The hotel and the facilities are not maintained. The rooms have poor or no lighting and smell funny. The management of the hotel has also neglected to put a duvet on the bed maybe because they know the air conditioning doesn't work or doesn't work properly.
A lot of work needs to be done to bring this hotel up to standard.
