The ambience was nice. The traffic inside this place is considerable, so if you must go, go early. They are opened from 8-2pm. The process is orderly. You are given a ticket number, led to the sitting area where you wait until your number is called by the automated lady voice. The personnel who attended to me was caustic (unnecessarily so). Soured an otherwise pleasant experience
