This is a world class cinema especially the three stories measured screen that fives you the best viewing experience. Other attractions are also there to make you feel at home while you either wait for you movie to be ready or wearing anybody to catch a movie with. I will rate this cinema over a 100% because everything about it is just classic but the parking space i way too small for them but apart from that, it's good, clean, conducive and welcoming.!

Absolutely love this screen. The biggest and most immersive cinema screen I've ever experienced. Absolutely mental. There are other attractions like the restaurant and bar. Also, the waiting area is also very cool. And has a screen where you can sit and watch trailers while you wait for your movie. There popcorn is also one of the largest and tastiest I've had. 100% recommend Filmhouse Lekki

Good variety of cinema snacks/ food and drinks; clean restrooms; clean and spacious cinema.
The screens themselves are huge with great picture quality. Really gives other cinemas a run for their money. The quality is wonderful. Curved screen for best viewing experience. The seats are extremely comfortable and clean. Extremely spacious screens too.
Cons/ complaints: staff need to be trained (or retrained) as they are generally rude & miserable; larger car parking facilities and; the air conditioning is far too aggressive!response / report this review -

This is the only IMAX Cinema in Nigeria. There are both 2D & 3D IMAX screen rooms available. The building is very contemporary unlike the other cinemas in Lagos, also the area is also reserved and cosy.
The staff are very helpful, large enough parking spaces, the have the largest pop corn in a cinema and it is very delicious.
Beyond the movies, I love how they have packaged the movie watching experience. You can watch a movie dining in or you can have a luxury experience. Different packages come with different experiences and they are all splendid.
The only downside is that the movies tickets are more expensive than other cinemas around, however the prices are worth it because of the experience. Also you can buy the 3D glasses for a token and you can keep it for subsequent times whenever you come back. They also have special discount day on Wednesdays when movies will be shown for only ₦1,000.
I will be going here frequently with friends to have a nice getaway time.response / report this review -

Filmhouse IMAX, Lekki was a pleasant surprise! The cinema hall was huge but the best attraction was the screen, it was HUGE! The picture seem to cover the room. The chairs are super comfortable, nothing like what I have been used to. The room was chilled.
Though I was at Filmhouse to attend an event, I enjoyed the service. I had the opportunity to use the convenience, the porcelain was impressive, staff were on hand to readily clean up, no cubicle was without tissue. Soap was available to wash hands, even though they seem to be running out. The hand dryers were the fast blowing ones that dry wetness quickly.
On the whole, my experience was awesome, definitely somewhere I will like to visit but doubt that I can visit as it is located very far from where I live and do most of my business. It comes highly highly recommended if convenient to you.response / report this review -

This is the best cinema house in Lagos.
It boast of a Very large car parking space and Very clean environment.
The rest room was so neat with nice scents in the air.
The security at the doors were very welcoming.
The movie tickets sellers were high in courtesy.
The 3D movie gadgets were superbly of high quality and sound was awesome.
The pop corn was Delicious with free drinks.
The private cinema room was very comfortable for me and my family.
The food restaurant there had us eating breakfast, lunch and almost dinner too, as the food they made was super Delicious.
My kids and wife loved it ambient and warm welcoming by the reception guys.
I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to gives his family a treat like never before.

It's a good theatre but the booking process is a bit awry. They don't have a separate box office so you have to buy your tickets and popcorn from the same place. As a result, it takes a lot of time for your turn to come at the counter. The staff is a bit slow as well. Also, there's no predetermined seating. Based on the time you enter the hall, you'll get a seat accordingly. The cinema also doesn't provide an online booking option. The condition of the hall is good but their air conditioning is not set on cool. The sound system used is Dolby and is good. The image quality is not 4K but is good enough. Parking is an issue if it is a popular movie.

Movie screens are cool. 3D screen is pretty large. Seats are cosy. Attendants are inefficient. Customer management system is very poor. Crowd management is horrible. And staff are the selling points are either over worked or they are lazy.

It's necessary to separate the movie experience from the actual Filmhouse experience.
Best time to get there to avoid the crowds will be either weekday afternoons or the 10am weekend screenings. They need to find a way to separate those coming out of the halls from those going in when there are blockbusters out.
Also good to note that they now have a big car park adjacent even though finding a spot could sometimes be a challenge.
Hans and Rene has a stand and there's the usual overpriced popcorn and sodas.
Altogether a very nice addition to the Lagos entertainment scene.response / report this review -

I really like coming yo this Imax to watch movies. The crowd is more matured and the place isn't full of kids. Most especially I like their Premium Screen movie experienceyou are served free popcorn, a Martini or a Chapman drink and water. The chairs are leather, they recline and they are huge and comfortable . It's a nice movie experience especially if you're going with a special someone

very cool joint. Cinemas are never crowded or overtly noisy; even on movie premiere nights. Ambience is generally cool, parking not a headache! If you don't mind paying a little extra for a better experience then I recommend this joint

Nice place to spend the weekend movie time with friends. Still the place is well maintained and staffs are courteous. Selection of soft drink is still limited including diet or zero sugar beverages. Otherwise rest is fine.

The Filmhouse Cinemas provide a great experience. Apart from up to date local and international movies, you get the option of ordering a meal and getting it delivered while you enjoy your movie. There's a lovely terrace with great service and a nice vibe. The Hans and Rene Gelato stand also provides something for anyone with a sweet tooth. Lots of seating while you wait for your movie and a VIP lounge for exclusive screenings etc.

Nice Cinema, designed as a real upscale place. I am a bit worried maintenance tho as you can notice the lack of attention to detail.
Good movie selection and ideal location, if you are in the Lekki axis. Be sure to dress warm, the A.C. can get too cold sometimes.response / report this review -
