Transactions here a little slow given the long queues at the ATM and the banking hall. I wouldn't blame them for this as this is the norm in most bank branches. But there's a lack of standby personnel to help confused customers.

Good location, but on most days the queue to withdraw or deposit in the bank is much as the tellers dont attend to customers quickly.

Had a good experience at fidelity bank Agbor branch. The bank is centrally located and have ample parking space. The security personnel first greet you with a good smile and say "welcome to Fidelity Bank and they operate the rotor door for you. When you get inside, the Tellers are very friendly and fast. The customer service officers also are very patient i n explaining things to you. I was so impressed with one of the marketing staff who was helping a customer fill some forms. Rather than asking for mother" s maiden name knowing that the customer is not so learned, she simply asked in pidgeon english "wetin be your mama name". Then asked again " wetin be your mama papa name " With that question the problem was solved. My only concern is long que in the banking hall. Sometimes you wonder if Fidelity is the only bank. The customer patronage is overwhelming. I guess they need to open a mini branch or a cash center to reduce the traffic in the main branch. Their ATMs are always working. Its as though the staff sleep with the machines. Even on weekends there is always a staff on ground to attend to issues. If the customer traffic and air conditioning systems can be fixed, I will be back to give five star!!!
