  All of you giving impressive ratings must definitely be disillusioned. You give 4/5 stars for schools not in Top 80 in Africa. You just made a mockery of the rating.
  Before you are quick to think it is not all about the ranking, ask yourself this honest question, What is the standard upon which your rating is based?
  I won't state the true condition of things in these Universities of technology as it would be regarded as washing their dirty linens in public.
  I know we don't like hearing the truth but until we stop calling black white and start calling a spade a spade, our institutions would continue deteriorate.
