Otuoke is one of the valued community around the ogbia zone, ewoi, otuobhi, otuabula 2,onuabum etc are basically aiming the school as a buttered bread, the school is fresh and attaminated in nature.

Fuotuoke is among the nine new universities set up by the GoodLuck Jonathan Administration in 2012.
Though relatively new, the first set of students can attest to its level of quality education.
