Very good looking structure. Poorly managed like most other Nigerian Federal buildings. Something has to be done to inculcate the spirit of doing the right thing in ministry staff in Nigeria. Nigeria has to move forward. The private sector is trying to move along with the world but the government is holding the country back. Federal staff have to upgrade and move with the times. Dump all your files and go electronic. Have working computers. Manage them. Create databases. This will not only make your work better, faster and more accurate, it will also make it more efficient. Its funny place I must say, before your documents gets treated from the DTS office junior staff expect you to drop approx 100k to get letter to customs, its just sad when the ministry isn't a revenue generating agency. I hail Nigeria,
