  Cool area with adequate security and well planned road network. Power supply is not so good anyway. You need to have an alternative source of electricity.

  A residential estate with planned business plaza/shops at intervals, Mobil Police base, military checkpoint and AVG internal security system.
  
  The estate has churches, a petrol station at the entrance gate, schools and also hold abode for the best hotel in Onitsha - SOPROM Hotels.

  I can't complain. In the past, there wasn't any stable power supply but they have improved a lot. It's not perfect but will do for the moment.

  One of the best housing estates in Eastern Nigeria with beautiful houses but has very low power supply and bad roads inside the remote parts.
