Heard a bit about this place so went over to try it out. Quite disappointed eventually.

Starting off, the staff are snorty; and this permeates through the entire system. From the security guards to the front end staff leading up to the waiters. A thick air of entitlement got in the way of service delivery.

The lounge space is cozy and the environment clean - obvious highlights of the establishment. The property is also secluded, which i believe is a selling point for the 'get-away', 'let's-hide-from-society' market in Port Harcourt (always a plus) but they could compliment that with an equating measure of customer treatment.

Ordered for the 'Chef Salad' and 'Grilled Peppered Fish' on the intent to have a light healthy option for the evening. After selecting my choice of fish, Tilapia and drink (green tea) the waiter came back within reasonable response time with a very disappointing set of meals. The salad, the most expensive of the options on the menu section, was embarrassingly laden with 4 components of canned decent - green peas, sweet corn, baked beans??? and mayonnaise - i mean really!! A popular fruit/vegetable market is merely a turn away from this location but the kitchen couldn't resort to organic produce for a healthy menu option?? Despicable! As i picked through the chicken strips on the salad, i hoped the fish dish would salvage my already declining experience. Sadly, this was not the truth! The fish, though indicated as grilled on the menu, presented itself as deep fried 'in person'. A pathetic technique to fish preparation and deceitful attempt at customer satisfaction. The paltry portion of fish was accompanied with another mayonnaise basked selection of shredded cabbage & carrots. Deep fried fish never leaves any of the fish to enjoy as most of it is crisped out by the process (when not in batter, as was delivered), the portion size made the struggle for pieces even more herculean. Discouraging! I abandoned both dishes astonished by how this kitchen was completely bereft of inspiration.

When i mentioned to the waiter how disappointed i was in the meals, he admitted he should have offered options to me for the fish and said a steamed option was available - while indicating that i would still have to pay for this reprehensible excuse for an order. I did, i can't shout - but i can write a review so i swiped and departed.

The single star rating really is because the primary operation objective of hospitality had been deserted. Any walk-in customer is more interested in the incidental treatment than an over time relationship. As such, if a business permits walk-ins, you must ensure the end-to-end, meet & greet is exemplary - so as to convert that customer to a more sustainable, dedicated revenue stream. I can't emphasize on this enough.

All-in-all, looks like a good spot to watch football with friends but we'll probably eat somewhere before then and resort to bottles upon arrival.

A hidden luxury in the heart of Port Harcourt. I was looking for a quiet place to have a coffee and had been hearing radio adverts about this place for quite sometime. So when I stumbled on their sign board I popped in.

I was expecting a small room with a selection of coffees but was quite surprised to find an establishment with two coffee lounges, two restaurants, two private lounges, a swimming pool and accommodation!

The staff are very courteous and the place is very neat. Prices are slightly above average but I guess this is to control the type of clientele.

Unfortunately I was unable to take any pictures but will definitely visit again sometime soon and update this review.

If your looking for a quiet hangout away from the usual bustle in Port Harcourt, this is a place to consider.
