I personally used to stay in Eziobodo in my early days in FUTO and I'd say it's a great place for a freshman as you have a lot of people like you that you can Interact with and you can easily access the school also. It's crowded though and has only one major entrance and exit so not a great place if you don't want to be easily monitored

It's an area filled with students in federal university of technology Owerri together with the people in eziobodo . It has an access road, network, petrol stations, a hotel, lodges , good security, electricity light,water and shops that render different services. It's a place and growth , very conducive for purpose and actualisation.

There are very beautiful student lodges like Hilary's Residence, Ambassadors Villa, Presidential Villa, Twin Castle, Twin Empire, Chalgrove Apartment, St. Nicholas Hostel, etc.
Most of these hostels are self-contained, where you have your privacy and calmness even freedom to do whatever, except to constitute nuisance.
The security here is very uptight as you rarely here of any form of robbery and stuff like that.

Its a very active place with a fluctuating population density. Anyways its a good place to stay for both business and social reasons .

Its a noisy place, movement at night is very risky. It's fun if you are the noisy type.
Its an off camp for students who don't want to stay in school hostel so they come down to eziobodo to occupy the lodges there.response / report this review -

It's the most populated student area in futo. Its a cool place but but not for the type of guys/ladies that love privacy. In terms of comfort and privacy I recommend lafage Umuchima.
That's a nice place.
One more thing, due to road and other issues house rent is not that good compared to facilities like steady water and power supply and other houses facilities.
