Just came back from Texas. I was here for my seventh day covid 19 test. The staff were very professional and friendly. Nice experience. Didn't spend much time. That was great. Please keep the standard. Good job

We are proud to have such equipped Laboratory in Owerri. However, some staffs are behaving in a way that black lists the laboratory. Some staff members charge the innocent and unsuspecting customers double of the cost of their tests. They give the customers the receipt of the correct costs of the test, but put the excess charge in their pockets, them and their cohorts. The director of this Laboratory need to investigate this and deal with the culprits. My husband is one of their victims.
Meanwhile the laboratory must refund this dubious charge with apologies.response / report this review -
