There is no parking space for customers. However, they're very efficient when it comes to collecting electricity bill payment from the consumers.

Old phcn, but now called what it is today after privatizing the power sector, nice edifice but limited parking space, and unstable power. Surprisingly their lift still works the last time i visited, easy to locate and highly accessible. So sad knowing a power distribution company uses electric generator to power there office building.

Nkenna, Please what company are you writing about? Which area do you live that has near stable electricity? I would like to move there. I live in New Owerri and the electricity supply is non-existent. And we still get outrageous bills monthly. The staff do not know a thing about customer service and are always looking to extort money from customers. They are reluctant to provide pre-paid meters so they can give estimated bills which they inflate at will. I would give you zero star (if it exists) as rating for your service. EEDC, you need to put your act together.

Currently the power supply company overseeing most of south eastern Nigeria, EEDC has proved resilient and driven to succeed in tough markets and declining economic situations while still providing an almost steady power supply for the area.
