This was a horrible experience for my family and I. It started with my father explaining that we need two bedrooms in a suite because there's 5 people staying together. They put us in a one bedroom suite with a mattress with no sheets on the floor. The front door and the bedroom door were switched. The bedroom door had security locks and a peephole while the front door was thin with no security locks, peepholes and could t even close properly. Many of the lights didn't work so the room was very dimly lit. On top of that they "ran out of wifi" and we couldn't get our wifi passwords until 5pm the next day. When we finally received it, it was extremely slow, kept dropping off and could not even load a 2 minute video. The restaurant is even worse. Our forks were dirty with food still on them, the majority of the food on the menu wasn't actually in stock. The few food they were actually able to make took about 90 minutes to come out. The next day we had guests over so we asked if someone could come upstairs and take everyone's drink order. We waited and waited and then gave up and just went downstairs and bought drinks at the bar and brought it upstairs ourselves. About an hour after we finished drinking someone came upstairs to take our orders. We all laughed. On our last day, we ordered drinks and eggs to our room. They said it would take 30 minutes. 45 minutes later we called to follow up and they came upstairs with empty cups with no juice, no coffee no eggs. She said it was coming. We waited another 20 minutes and then my dad went downstairs. They claimed we only order cups and they didn't make any food or drinks and by this time the kitchen was closed so they couldn't even start now. We ended up convincing them to make us our breakfast it came almost 2 hours after we originally ordered it. The boiled yam my dad ordered came dry with no stew or sauce. He had to use the ketchup from his eggs to eat the yam. I wouldn't even advice my enemy to stay here.

I attended a seminar here. They have a good Hall. The food was also good.
