I don't like their services. A bank where beautiful ladies are reserved for only customer care unit while old ladies are at the counter. I don't like the structure of the bank neither do I like the maintenance. The bank should have more branches in other parts of the state.
The bank is like a micro finance bank to me and always lack cash at any point of withdrawal. Infant the closes micro finance bank, Uzondu micro finance bank looks better coz I always receive money every time on demand but Heritage bank is just always the usual story that keeps you waiting everytime
