  I have stayed here a few times, beginning in 2010 when i stayed in one of their suites and my experience was wonderful. On this last visit though, i was disappointed at the state of the facilities.
  The service is still very good. Staff are cheerful and very willing to help or offer advice. They were willing to assist whenever we came up with our seemingly never ending list of requests.
  If the facilities can be upgraded and maintained, i would definitely recommend this hotel.

  It was ok. Was stranded and needed a place to stay. My room was not cleaned and I asked them to clean it. The facilities quite old and needs to be renovated. Very basic.

  Located in the Government Reservation Area of Akure, the Ondo State capital.
  
  I did not particularly like this hotel because I felt the budget rooms I looked at smelt musty and had low lighting. That put me off. I made sure to communicate this to the staff.
  
  The rooms looked clean though.
