EMMA WIKE & PARTNERS is an indigenous firm of Estate Surveyors, valuers and Real Property Consultants, established after series of advanced professional training and several years of practical/working experiences of the partners. The firm is duly registered in compliance with the rules and ethics of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria and in accordance with the Companies and Allied Matters Decree No. 1 of 1990 to engage in land development consultancy, project appraisal, project management, property management, real estate agency, valuation for various purposes amongst others.
