  Bathroom needs renovation. Food is slightly expensive. Free breakfast in the morning but only for one guest. Towels were ripped and old. Bedsheets too look old. Customer services however was great hence the 2 stars.

  It's one of the best & most secured hotels aroundpeaceful too; with well-cultured staffs. You wanna know how I got to know so much abt Ellis? Huh?! I LIVE JUST TWO HOUSES AWAY - ON THE SAME STREET!!! Lol
