I didn't get to use their services. I got to the gate and was informed sadly that they were closed until 11th January, 2021.
I wish that this information had been made available earlier, perhaps on their website or something.I would not have risked driving a faulty car all the way to Independence avenue.
When I use their services, I'll revert.

Its advisable to book a session in advance if you plan to spend lesser time waiting for your vehicle. Also, try to come as early as possible to have your car worked on timely.
Service here is reliable and quite efficient, but costly I must add.

The company is good, having experienced staff and a waiting room that's quite comfortable. My only issues were with their time management. They could start work earlier and reduce idle time.
