It is a beautiful place,Serene and calm atmosphere, enhanced security network, warm and friendly. You can sense the presence of God every where.We use pre paid metre and almost every home has borehole.

This is a quiet neighbouhood with good security with occasional incidences of burglarly. A good bargain for a tenant and very easy and light traffic connecting to the road! The telecom mast is an icon located at elsalem estate.

Lugbe is a nice place to stay. Almost all estates in lugbe have bad roads but this estate is an exception. There are good roads. Beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. Its 15mins drive to the city centre during busy hours. The houses are big enough

I personally live here and I gave it a four star because it has an awesome power supply and good security. However, the entrance to the estate isn't the most comfortable road in rainy seasons.
Good structures ranging from 1-4 bedroom stand alone apartments.response / report this review
