Terrible Plaza with big pot holes all around.
The plaza need good aesthetics renovations. It is very noisy too.

Efab is a very big shopping complex with various Shops and businesses. There are two Banks and functional ATM machines available. My only concern is that on weekends some entry points are locked which makes it a Heculian task to have access to some businesses.

The Management should perform better especially when it comes to availability of facilities like water, on the 3rd floor of the First Malls there is no water flowing, other than that its okay

It is okay but I think they can do better. The management should work on the roads within the complex. There is good enough parking areas though.

Close to FCDA Junction. The complex has many shops With varieties of business focus. A chandelier shop is Alost at the entrance with a Zenith bank near it.

Decent plaza. Has 2 banks (Zenith & Fidelity). Also close proximity to FCDA. There is also a fruit stand and points for phone/laptop repairs.

A very big shopping Mall in Area 11, Abuja. It has good parking space and have drive ways. Located in less contested area. Prices of Shops and goods are moderate.
