  It's a very cool calm estate to relax with a good community but the roads leading to the estate are very bad

  Lovely estate. Well planned. Lots of grocery stores. Rats are only a problem if you don't know how to keep them away. Get estate office to fully inform you of all the additional charges outside of rent.
