  Am trying to get information about this location on maps but pictures and little fact gathering seems it's an uncompleted business landuse.

  It's a fairly decent shopping complex, however, most shops have either not been rented out, or they're just not in operation. There are power are drainage issues.

  Well laid out shops and stores. Security, water, light and paved road. The drainage system needs to be fixed.
