It is a beautiful location, the waves can be very big sometime, the water stream can be also strong and to swim you must be careful. The temperature of water and air is inviting you all the year here. Even in reining season you can enjoy. Don't care about missing facilities. The nature is enough. You ca eat very good fish & chips and drink cold beer in different exotic locations.

Tourism destination.
Warning : Avoid swimming in this beach, even if you believe you are a skilled swimmer.
The opposing under current and tidal waves can be overpowering even for skilled swimmers.
Too many have drowned in this beach.
There are no lifeguards and rescue might be slow and too little too late.response / report this review -

Wonderful view but the locals need to allow investors build on the beach to sale its aesthetic nature. Star rated hotels and lounges.

Cool place. Nothing really eye catching. Regular horse ride, enough suya for ur pocket and chill out drinking spots. If u must walk around, do so with slippers or any shoe water friendly to avoid injuries from sea shells and sometimes broken bottle parts.

Eket Ibeno Beach is a nice place to be. The sunny☀ and fairly windy weather and the subtly noisy sound of the ocean tides were a beautiful experience. I love this beach! Plus there is a volleyball net and two football goal post.

The experience was awesome. Enjoyed playing in the water, the tides were great, places to sit, good suya and fish being sold. Its worth visiting again
