  Dumotech's customer service and shopping experience is as good as it is online as it is in store. Years ago I did most of shopping at Dumotech in store, and if I ordered anything online, I would also use the store pickup option. But now, their online ordering has vastly improved over the years and not like it was even bad to begin with, it was always good, it just gotten even better.
  
  I really don't boast a lot about these type of businesses but when there's a business that offers top level customer service that dominates all of their competitors, it's hard not to bring it up. In person, their sales rep are great. Online and even over the phone, I usually hate ordering over the phone but with Dumotech, I frigging love it because it's like being in the store in person. That's how good they are at their job. I bought several Nikon products from B&H over the years, and today I purchased my first Canon point and shoot.
