Affordable rates. Wonderful services.
The services rendered are okay
Its serene, and quiet.
No doubt about it, this is an 'old-school', in terms of building and facilities. Built in the 1970's and moderately maintained since then, the greatest attraction to this hotel is its location in the heart of Owerri, the Imo State Capital. You will be able to look inside the Ekeonunwa Market, Douglas road, Mbaise road and other surrounding views from the balcony of this two-storey building. Alcohol is not sold in this hotel. You will need to step out of the hotel to grab one, or arrange with the hotel staff to sneak some inside.
It's inferior old and the environment noisy and dirty.
Is OK and safe
