Like most people I normally don't write reviews, but this folks take the cake on HORRIBLE customer service. So I ordered a simple super-soft sectional in person from a Emanuella, for them (a Ada) to then call me days afterwards after I've paid half that they incorrectly quoted me the wrong price, and I had to pay additional ~30%more. With no choice, I agreed just for them to then deliver the wrong sofa. You try desperately to get a hold of someone and can't. Even the dirty delivery van broke down. This folks are a joke. I would NOT recommend them to my dog!!

I had a very horrible experience with these guysrequested for a CUSTOM CLOSET, the installer/technicians visited my apartment several times to take measurements and we agreed on a design. After the closet was built, it took 3WEEKS instead of maximum 2 days to finish installation.
My masters room was turned into a workshop as installer was cutting all his wood right there and still managed to get all the design and dimensions wrong!!!
3 weeks of stress living with clothes in boxes and cartons and top that kid got sick with all that dust in the flat and I was still patient and understanding until
I eventually insisted for another installer or They take out the big mess, one came to correct some issues. The company was quite gracious and tried to fix it but In the end i still have a poorly made closet that was not my design and with drill holes everywhere.
You may be lucky but my order for a Custom Closet was an agonizing disappointment! Biggest mistake!response / report this review -
