  This is more or less a middle income estate, in Nigerian standards. Has a school, a church but no market or a shopping mall. Inhabited by both blue collar and white collar employees and University students mostly medical students and few from other Science's. It has no recreational facility, however there are relaxation spots scattered throughout the estate.
