Truly lovely hotel. With its renaissance styled exterior and modern interiors.

There's a pool for swimming and relaxation.

Great hotel, very spacious lounge and great service. The food was fantastic. The rooms tidy and spacious. The bed and bedding were top notch. The environment breezy with fresh flowers. Some of the chairs were antiques. The price was moderate too. Finally it is located right in the heart of Ikeja close to the government secretariat and business district.

I went to visit a friend. And the services are saw was good too. They were security conscious too. Although the atmosphere doesn’t smell so nice sha needs some working on.

The environment is cool,the room is looking descent. Very close to some other lively functions like shop rite,d place.However,they need to improve the service standard as there was no towel when I checked in.I called for it. The kitchen did not have swallow food that I wish to eat. I have to buy food from d place

Location is easily accessible with close proximity to the Ikeja shopping mall. The structure is quite prominent you can hardly miss it. The building has a functional elevator. The lighting in the room was poor unless you open up the curtains if you are on upper floors.

This hotel could be a remarkable place to stay (due to its location) but at the current state due to our experience I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone as it is quite an embarrassment to the hospitality industry with very poor customer service even from the hotel manager (Sumil or Kumil) cannot remember his name.

We wouldn’t have been able to stay more than one night at the hotel due to the exceptionally poor service we received and when brought to the attention of the manager, his handling of the situation was below expectation.

When asked why the key to the Safe from another room could also unlock the safe in our room (as we observed due to checking into 2 rooms in our case), there was no credible explanation.

The house keeping staff tend to access your room when you are downstairs for breakfast (we found this odd) and he said it is a normal practice at the hotel i.e. to clean rooms at that time of the morning without acknowledging that we were checking out that morning (the manager’s response wasn’t convincing either).

On a positive note, the food from the on-site restaurants is very delicious and freshly made but with long waits. I would suggest a pre-order to the restaurant for meals to be ready for service at a particular time to allow the kitchen staff enough time to prep and cook the meals.

In summary, based on our experience at the hotel we will not be recommending a stay here but a visit to the restaurant for a meal is recommended.

Beautiful and spacious room. They don't offer room service for breakfast(buffet), so one has to compulsorily go out for breakfast. Unlike most hotels who just add up your bills till check out day/time, This hotel doesn't wait one second before pestering for bills to be paid. Service wasn't so great too.
