Due to low patronage, De-Limit Hotels and Suites fell into disrepair. In a bid to revamp it, a new management has taken it over, and has given it a new name, FranSam Hotels and Suites. As at my last check, the signpost bearing FranSam Hotels has been changed again back to the previous name, De Limit Hotels and Suites.
