RUBBISH!!! Very very poor customer service. They even published non-functional telephone numbers on their website. When will Nigeria companies change? Bad service. Disgrace to Nigeria and their shareholders

Disgraceful service. I dont know why GT Bank uses this mushroom organisation. Emails not responded to, phone lines dont go through and dividends not paid. They make you jump through hoops and then go quiet so they dont have to pay you. I am in exactly the same situation as Da O.

It's a financial services firm. A home away from home, a serene environment. Not too many staff members but their services are excellent
